EAT WATER

"Drinking water is one way to increase the supply of water to skin cells. This aids optimal physiological processes and makes skin look plumper. However this addresses only one part of the equation. Skin moisture content, overall health and skin appearance depends more on the ability of skin to hold water.

Therefore a balanced diet, with plenty fat and limited refined carbohydrates and foods/products that promote 1) reduced water evaporation from the skin surface by maintaining a healthy intact skin barrier and 2) increased ability of skin to retain moisturize in a sponge like fashion - play a larger role in keeping skin healthy, hydrated and youthful."
